Summary: The ultrathin S-scheme heterojunction g-C3N4/TiO2/C was constructed using electrostatic self-assembly and calcination method, showing excellent photocatalytic CO2 reduction performance due to large contact area and strong interaction between the compositions. The results confirm the importance of interface contact for efficient charge carrier transfer in photocatalytic processes.

3D hierarchical architecture collaborating with 2D/2D interface interaction in NiAl-LDH/Ti3C2 nanocomposite for efficient and selective photoconversion of CO2

Summary: A 3D hierarchical NiAl-LDH/Ti3C2 nanocomposite was constructed for photocatalytic CO2 conversion with high yield and selectivity. By optimizing the ratio of Ti3C2 and NiAl-LDH precursors, a uniform 2D/2D interface was formed, promoting efficient separation of electron-hole pairs. The maximum CO production rate reached 11.82 μmol g(-1)h(-1) with 92% selectivity and superior stability.
