Non-local matrix elements in B(s) → {K(*), φ}l+l-

Nico Gubernari et al.

Summary: By recalculating hadronic matrix elements and deriving the first dispersive bound on non-local matrix elements, we have successfully improved the parametrization of non-local matrix elements in rare Bs decays, provided numerical results, and demonstrated the power of the dispersive bound.

Lessons from the B0,+ → K*0,+ μ+μ- angular analyses

Marco Ciuchini et al.

Summary: The study reveals the need for sizable hadronic contributions and correlations among them in the context of recent measurements on B0, B+ -> K*(0,)(+) mu(+)mu(-) decays. By extending the analysis to b -> sl(+)l(-) data, it was found that the fully left-handed operator scenario stands out as the simplest with a significance of almost 6 sigma.
