Analysis for nonradiative recombination loss and radiation degradation of Si space solar cells

Summary: Silicon space solar cells are gaining attention again for their cost-effectiveness and performance, with the potential to achieve over 26% efficiency through improvements in external radiative efficiency and resistance. Nonradiative recombination and resistance losses are also important factors to consider in silicon space solar cells. Additionally, radiation degradation is a key issue to be analyzed in the context of advanced silicon solar cells for space applications.
