The effect of a weekly flywheel resistance training session on elite U-16 soccer players' physical performance during the competitive season. A randomized controlled trial

Summary: The study found that a weekly flywheel training session can improve jumping and change of direction abilities in U16 elite soccer players during the season. Significantly greater progress was observed in the experimental group in terms of change of direction sprint and jumping, showing better results compared to the control group.
