Summary: The study characterized the TME pattern in MIBC using the ESTIMATE algorithm and established the TMERS signature, which showed strong correlation with immune infiltration and expression of immune checkpoints. TMERS was negatively correlated with TMB, and combining the two markers improved prediction of ICI response.
