Design and Implementation of Deep Neural Network-Based Control for Automatic Parking Maneuver Process

Runqi Chai et al.

Summary: This article presents a deep neural network-based control scheme for predicting optimal motion commands for autonomous ground vehicles during the parking maneuver process. The proposed design includes a multilayer structure, where a trajectory optimization method is used to establish time-optimal parking trajectories and train multiple DNNs to learn the functional relationship between system state and control actions. The trained DNNs are then employed as motion controllers to generate real-time feedback actions. Numerical and experimental results validate the effectiveness and real-time applicability of the proposed control scheme.

Detection profile of SARS-CoV-2 using RT-PCR in different types of clinical specimens: A systematic review and meta-analysis

George M. Bwire et al.

Summary: Testing using appropriate specimens and accurate diagnostic tests like qRT-PCR is important for curbing the spread of COVID-19. A systematic review found high detection rates in lower respiratory tract specimens, while no virus was detected in urinogenital specimens. Bronchoalveolar lavage had the highest positive rate followed by rectal swabs and sputum. Nasopharyngeal swabs, commonly used, had a moderate positive rate. Low rates were observed in oropharyngeal swabs and blood samples, while no virus was found in urine samples. Fecal samples showed a positive rate, suggesting potential fecal transmission of SARS-CoV-2.

Summary: This article discusses a decentralized tracking control problem for strong interconnected nonlinear systems with actuator faults, introducing an adaptive high-gain technique and a set of fault-tolerant controllers. With the help of algebraic graph theory, it is proven that all signals of the closed-loop system are globally uniformly bounded, and tracking errors of all subsystems converge to zero asymptotically. The effectiveness of the proposed control algorithm is demonstrated through numerical simulations.

Summary: This article presents a novel hybrid multi-attribute group decision-making approach under IVIFS, incorporating variable weight, correlation coefficient, and TOPSIS. It computes the weighting evaluation matrix based on experts' evaluation in IVIFS and proposes a weighting approach based on correlation coefficient. The method treats attribute weights as a varying vector and uses a variable weighting approach for their acquisition. Ultimately, the integrated assessment value of each alternative is calculated by TOPSIS to determine the most appropriate alternative.
