Summary: The study reveals that BPAF can induce apoptosis of KGN cells in a concentration- and time-dependent manner by increasing the expression of pro-apoptotic proteins and decreasing the expression of anti-apoptotic proteins. Additionally, BPAF exposure leads to a significant increase in intracellular ROS levels, which mediates KGN cell apoptosis through the ROS-ASK1-JNK axis.
