Analytic continuation and reciprocity relation for collinear splitting in QCD *

Summary: This study identified the breakdown of direct analytic continuation of the DGLAP evolution kernel from space-like to time-like kinematics at three loops, due to splitting functions not being analytic functions of external momenta. By constructing splitting functions from the squares of (generalized) splitting amplitudes and establishing rules of analytic continuation for splitting amplitudes, the time-like splitting functions at three loops were derived without ambiguity. Additionally, a reciprocity relation for singlet splitting functions was proposed and non-trivial evidence was provided for its validity in QCD through three loops.

Triphoton production at hadron colliders in NNLO QCD

A toolbox for qT and 0-jettiness subtractions at N3LO

Decomposition of Feynman integrals by multivariate intersection numbers

Summary: We present a new approach for decomposing Feynman integrals onto a basis of master integrals by projections and deriving the differential equations satisfied by them using multivariate intersection numbers. Our recursive algorithm for calculating these numbers and three different decomposition methods (straight, bottom-up, top-down) showcase the synthesis of intersection-theory concepts with unitarity-based methods. Computation examples illustrate the potential applications to generic multi-loop integrals.

Bottom-quark production at hadron colliders: fully differential predictions in NNLO QCD

Disentangling new physics effects on nonresonant Higgs boson pair production from gluon fusion

Summary: In a type-II two Higgs doublet model with heavy vectorlike quarks, loop-induced effects can significantly enhance nonresonant Higgs pair production rates, especially when the Higgs sector is extended into the wrong-sign limit. Studying kinematic distributions, the threshold effects from vectorlike quarks generate correlated bumps in the invariant mass and transverse momentum distributions of Higgs boson pairs, while anomalous lambda(hhh) cases shift the distributions to lower regions. The kinematic regimes with high invariant mass and transverse momentum have high potential to probe the loop-induced effects on the di-Higgs process, as shown in full HL-LHC simulations in the b (b) over bar and b (b) over bar gamma gamma final states.

Electroweak couplings of the Higgs boson at a multi-TeV muon collider
