Oxepinamides L and M, two new oxepine-pyrimidinone-ketopiperazine type nonribosomal peptides from Aspergillus californicus

Yaojie Guo et al.

Summary: Two new nonribosomal peptides, oxepinamides L (1) and M (2), were isolated from Aspergillus californicus IBT 16748 through chemical investigation. The structures of these compounds were characterized by spectroscopic analysis, and the absolute structure of compound 1 was determined by ECD calculation. The antibacterial and cytotoxic properties of compound 1 were evaluated.
