Nanogel Encapsulated Hydrogels As Advanced Wound Dressings for the Controlled Delivery of Antibiotics

Yanmiao Fan et al.

Summary: Biocompatible and degradable dual-delivery gel systems based on HBDLDs were constructed via thiol-ene click chemistry, allowing tunable elasticity of the gels and co-delivery of NB and CIP. The innovative hybrid hydrogels showed promise in treating bacterial infections and as wound dressing materials with enhanced cell proliferation and biodegradability.
