How to Get Ahead: Early-Career Colorectal Surgeons Reflect on Their First Few Years in Practice

Colleen A. Donahue et al.

Summary: Early-career colorectal surgeons showed overall satisfaction with their career progression, case volume, and case mix. The study suggests that anticipating these barriers and utilizing these strategies may lead to greater career satisfaction for early-career surgeons.
