Studies of structural, dielectric and electrical characteristics of Bi(Fe0.85Y0.15)O3 ceramics

Summary: The yttrium-modified bismuth ferrite ceramic compound has been synthesized and its various properties have been investigated thoroughly. The analysis of X-ray diffraction data confirmed the phase formation and structural change of the compound. Studies showed significant changes in dielectric and electrical parameters with Y-substitution at the Fe site.
