Enabling AC electroluminescence in quasi-2D perovskites by uniformly arranging different-n-value nanoplates to allow bidirectional charge transport

Summary: An AC-driven LED based on quasi-2D perovskite film was demonstrated, with bi-directionally allowed charge transport enabling high AC EL performance and improved operational stability of the device. The device achieved high radiance and EQE under both forward and reverse biases, with significantly enhanced operational stability under AC bias compared to forward bias.
