Elizabeth Palmer Kelly et al.

Summary: This study conducted an umbrella review to assess the relationship between religion and spirituality (R & S) and patient outcomes in cancer care. The findings showed that R & S had a positive impact on cancer care, but there were also inconclusive and negative results. The study also identified methodological differences and definition issues in the research.
