Structure, Optical, Dielectric, and Magnetic Properties of Zn0.99M0.01O (M = Ni, Fe, and Cd) nanoparticles

Summary: Zn0.99M0.01O nanoparticles were prepared using a co-precipitation technique and characterized using various methods. The addition of metal ions led to a decrease in particle size, an increase in dielectric permittivity, and changes in optical properties. These results suggest potential applications in optoelectronic devices and magnetic ion incorporation in semiconductor materials.
