Summary: The article presents a nontarget semiquantitative lipidomics workflow based on UHPSFC-MS for effective lipid analysis and quantitation. By correcting RF data, more accurate relative lipid class determination can be achieved, and it is recommended to use RF corrected data for analyzing individual lipid species as well.
