Near infrared and pH dual-activated coordination polymer nanosystem for imaging-guided chemo-photothermal therapy

Summary: Through a novel strategy of fabricating nanoscale coordination polymers (NCPs), NIR dye can be effectively introduced into the interior to enhance stability, reduce leakage risk, and improve therapeutic efficacy. These NCPs exhibit multimodal imaging guided tumor targeting chemo-photothermal property, which fundamentally improves the synergistic chemo-photothermal efficacy for tumor killing and paves a new avenue for the application of NCPs in the biomedical field.
