Algorithms for solving assembly sequence planning problems

Summary: This paper presents an evolutionary algorithm for assembly sequence planning, using particle swarm optimization to optimize hybrid assembly sequence planning and assembly line balance problems. By extracting parts connection relationships and information, a disassembly method is used inversely obtain the priority relationship diagram for assembly operation tasks. The use of various population strategies addresses the issue of particle swarm optimization algorithm falling into local optimum, leading to improved optimization efficiency.
