Bilateral adrenal metastases from bladder carcinoma have been reported rarely. We report an 86-year-old man with urothelial bladder carcinoma who had received chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Bilateral synchronous adrenal gland metastases were observed on F-18-FDG PET/CT.
