Digital Applications Targeting Medication Safety in Ambulatory High-Risk CKD Patients Randomized Controlled Clinical Trial

Summary: In this study, two digital applications were compared for their effectiveness in improving outpatient medication safety for patients with advanced CKD. The results showed that eKidneyCare significantly reduced the rate and severity of medication discrepancies compared to MyMedRec, indicating its potential in reducing medication errors in high-risk CKD patients.
