In-Situ Annealed Ti3C2Tx MXene Based All-Solid-State Flexible Zn-Ion Hybrid Micro Supercapacitor Array with Enhanced Stability

Summary: Flexible Zn-ion hybrid micro-supercapacitors array using Ti3C2T as the cathode were fabricated via laser direct writing method and demonstrated excellent stability up to 50,000 cycles after in-situ annealed treatment. The potential application of the MSCs in integrated wearable electronics was highlighted by driving a digital timer and lighting a flexible LED displayer with the MSC arrays under different bending conditions.
