Numerical simulation and stability analysis for the fractional-order dynamics of COVID-19

Harendra Singh et al.

Summary: The study aims to investigate the dynamics of a fractional-order Covid-19 model using an efficient computational method based on domain discretization and memory principle. The proposed method demonstrates stability and effectiveness in reducing computational cost for long-time behavior. Numerical results support the efficiency of the method with low computational cost and graphical simulation.

Projections and fractional dynamics of COVID-19 with optimal control strategies

Khondoker Nazmoon Nabi et al.

Summary: This paper proposes a compartmental mathematical model to predict the future dynamics of COVID-19 and shows short-term projection results for Bangladesh and India. The forecasts indicate a downward trend in daily cases in these countries, but effective mask-wearing and strict social distancing are still recommended.

Analysis of drug treatment of the fractional HIV infection model of CD4+ T-cells

Harendra Singh

Summary: This paper explores a fractional order model for HIV infection of CD4(+) T-cells with the impact of drug treatment, proposing an iterative scheme based on domain discretization for numerical solution. The scheme shows efficiency and accuracy, validated through comparison with various other numerical methods, and is effective over long time periods. Graphical results depict the behavior of cell densities and the impact of drug therapy.

Mathematical modeling of coronavirus disease COVID-19 dynamics using CF and ABC non-singular fractional derivatives

Virender Singh Panwar et al.

Summary: This article studied the transmission dynamics of Coronavirus Disease COVID-19 using the SEIR compartmental model and two non-singular kernel fractional derivative operators, CF and ABC models. The models were used predictively to demonstrate long-term trajectories of COVID-19 and the basic reproduction number expression. Local stability of equilibrium points and the existence and uniqueness of solutions were also investigated in both models. Comparisons showed significant effects on epidemic dynamics for non-integer tau value using the ABC approach, while the CF approach demonstrated promise for mild cases. Identical results were found for integer tau values in both approaches.

Numerical simulation of the fractal-fractional reaction diffusion equations with general nonlinear

Khaled M. Saad et al.

Summary: This paper introduces a new approach using kernel operators derived from fractional order differential equations and examines the effect of fractal-fractional derivative orders and the order of nonlinear terms on numerical solutions of fractal-fractional reaction diffusion equations. The study demonstrates that iterative solutions based on different kernels are very close and exhibit excellent agreement with full numerical solutions.
