miRCom: Tensor Completion Integrating Multi-View Information to Deduce the Potential Disease-Related miRNA-miRNA Pairs

Summary: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) play a key role in regulating gene expression synergistically and understanding their synergistic molecular mechanism is important for comprehending the pathogenesis of diseases. In this article, a novel approach called miRCom is proposed to discover potential disease-associated miRNA-miRNA pairs. Experimental results demonstrate that miRCom effectively identifies disease-related miRNA-miRNA pairs and these pairs have more biological significance and prognostic value compared to individual miRNAs.
