A synergistic promotion strategy remarkably accelerated electrochemiluminescence of SnO2 QDs for MicroRNA detection using 3D DNA walker amplification

Summary: The efficient SnO2 quantum dots-based ternary ECL system was achieved through a synergistic promotion strategy based on three types of co-reaction accelerators, leading to the construction of a highly-sensitive miRNA-21 detection biosensor with a superior linear range and low detection limit. This work provides new perspectives for designing highly efficient co-reaction accelerators.

Summary: A highly sensitive MIP-ECL sensor was constructed using ZIF-8-NH2 as the imprinted membrane, showing excellent recognition performance for CCN and a practical application for detecting CCN in human serum with recoveries ranging from 96.0%-103.0%.
