Impact of social media advertisements on the transmission dynamics of COVID-19 pandemic in India

Air pollution by NO2and PM2.5explains COVID-19 infection severity by overexpression of angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 in respiratory cells: a review

Summary: The overexpression of ACE-2 in respiratory epithelial cells under chronic exposure to air pollution may explain the higher severity of COVID-19 infection. Areas with high levels of air pollution, particularly NO2 and PM2.5, also tend to show higher rates of COVID-19 infection and severity, suggesting a correlation between air pollution levels, ACE-2 expression, and COVID-19 severity.
