Large volume holographic imaging for biological sample analysis

Derk van Grootheest et al.

Summary: Particle field holography is a versatile technique for determining the size and distribution of particles, with potential applications in biological sample analysis. By deriving mathematical formulas, this study aims to improve the design of holographic microscopes and has successfully validated the methodology in detecting Schistosoma haematobium eggs in urine samples. The research contributes to the development of large-volume holographic microscopes.
