Nanocomposite of CuInS/ZnS and Nitrogen-Doped Graphene Quantum Dots for Cholesterol Sensing

Summary: In this study, nitrogen graphene quantum dots and copper indium sulfide/zinc sulfide quantum dots were synthesized and a fluorescent nanocomposite between them was developed for cholesterol detection. The nanocomposite showed high sensitivity and a wide linear range for cholesterol detection, making it a promising non-enzymatic optical biosensor.
