Enhanced positive humidity sensitive behavior of p-reduced graphene oxide decorated with n-WS2 nanoparticles

Summary: This paper presents a humidity sensor based on p-type reduced graphene oxide and n-type WS2 nanoparticles modification, which has positive humidity sensitivity and good linear response; the sensitivity of the rGO/WS2 humidity sensor is higher, mainly attributed to the p-n heterojunction; the sensor has small humidity hysteresis and good repeatability.
