Unilateral axillary Adenopathy in the setting of COVID-19 vaccine

Nishi Mehta et al.

Summary: With the FDA approval and rollout of Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines, radiologists should consider recent COVID-19 vaccination history when diagnosing patients with unilateral axillary adenopathy. Differential diagnosis should include hyperplastic axillary nodes induced by COVID-19 vaccination, and short-term follow-up is recommended over immediate axillary lymph node biopsies.
