Abnormal subpopulations of monocytes in the cerebrospinal fluid of patients with Parkinson's disease

We performed immune cell profiling by multiparameter flow cytometry in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and peripheral blood (PB) of Parkinson's Disease (PD) patients (n = 9) and healthy controls (n = 8). Classical and nonclassical monocytes were increased in the CSF of PD patients.
