Hierarchical cage-frame type nanostructure of CeO2for bio sensing applications: from glucose to protein detection

Summary: The study has successfully developed a biosensor based on CeO(2) hollow structures, which exhibits high sensitivity, low detection limit and wide linear range for detecting glucose and proteins. The CeO(2) bioelectrode can also detect a wide range of protein concentrations with high accuracy.
