NO Formation and Autoignition Dynamics during Combustion of H2O-Diluted NH3/H2O2 Mixtures with Air

Ahmed T. Khalil et al.

Summary: The study showed that the addition of water vapor can reduce NO formation during ammonia combustion, but increases ignition delay. However, further addition of just 2% molar of H2O2 not only significantly reduces ignition delay but also reverses the way water vapor affects ignition delay.
