Problematic internet use and subjective sleep quality among college students in China: Results from a pilot study

Summary: Poor subjective sleep quality and problematic internet use are common among Chinese college students. This study found a strong association between poor sleep quality and internet overuse and addiction, independent of psychological functioning, substance use, and physical activity.
