A new variable-order fractional derivative with non-singular Mittag-Leffler kernel: application to variable-order fractional version of the 2D Richard equation

Summary: In this study, a new non-singular variable-order fractional derivative is introduced, and some useful results are derived from this derivative. A meshless scheme based on thin plate spline radial basis functions is used to solve the variable-order fractional version of the 2D Richard equation. The effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated through numerical examples.

Summary: This paper develops the Chebyshev-Gauss-Lobatto collocation method for studying the variable-order (VO) time fractional model of the generalized Hirota-Satsuma coupled KdV system. The Atangana-Baleanu fractional operator is used to define this new system. The validity of the presented method is investigated on two numerical examples.
