Dual recognition element-controlled logic DNA circuit for COVID-19 detection based on exonuclease III and DNAzyme

Summary: Two fragments of the COVID-19 genome were used to construct an AND logic gate for detection based on exonuclease III and DNAzyme. The sensitivity of the assay can reach fM levels, and satisfactory recovery values were obtained in real sample analysis.
