Comparative analysis of botulinum toxin injection after corrective rhinoplasty for deviated nose and alar asymmetry

Won Lee et al.

Summary: The study showed that injecting botulinum toxin after corrective rhinoplasty effectively prevented asymmetry recurrence caused by facial mimetic muscles. Postoperative vertical and horizontal deviations were significantly reduced in patients who received botulinum toxin compared to the control group.
