Thermal conductivity modeling of nanofluids with ZnO particles by using approaches based on artificial neural network and MARS

Summary: Nanofluids with high thermal conductivity are used to improve heat transfer in porous media. In this study, different methods were used to model the thermal conductivity of nanofluids containing ZnO particles, with artificial neural network (ANN) proving to be the most effective.

Applying different types of artificial neural network for modeling thermal conductivity of nanofluids containing silica particles

Summary: In this study, GMDH and multilayer perceptron artificial neural networks were used to determine the thermal conductivity of nanofluids containing silica particles and different base fluids. The models showed good agreement with experimental results, with R2 values reaching up to 0.9998.
