Summary: The study assessed the knowledge, attitude, and practices of primary health care providers (PHPs) regarding COVID-19 in three tertiary care hospitals in Peshawar, Pakistan. Most participants demonstrated good knowledge, positive attitude, and reasonable practices towards the disease. Government-led training programs could enhance PHPs' understanding further to improve patient care and self-protection.
