Nineteen polyoxygenated eunicellin diterpenoids, named klyflaccilins B-T (1-19), were isolated from the South China Sea soft coral Klyxum flaccidum. Their structures were determined through extensive spectroscopic analysis, with the absolute configurations of some compounds established by X-ray diffraction analysis.
Nineteen polyoxygenated eunicellin diterpenoids, named klyflaccilins B-T (1-19), were isolated from the South China Sea soft coral Klyxum flaccidum. Their structures were established by extensive spectroscopic analysis and for several of the isolated compounds the absolute configurations were determined by X-ray diffraction analysis.
