A new dihedral angle observable has been proposed to measure the CP property of the interaction between the top quark and Higgs boson in t (t) over barH production at the 14 TeV Large Hadron Collider (LHC). By considering two decay modes of the Higgs boson, H -> b (b) over bar and H -> gamma gamma, it has been demonstrated that the dihedral angle distribution can distinguish between the CP-even and CP-odd hypothesis at a 95% confidence level with an integrated luminosity of about 180 fb(-1).
