This study comprehensively investigated the structure, optical, dielectric, transport, and magnetic properties of the double perovskite BaSrFeVO6 using various techniques such as XRD, Raman, FTIR, UV-Visible spectroscopy, impedance analysis, and magnetic moment analysis.
The investigation of dielectric, optical, transport and magnetic properties of the double perovskite BaSrFeVO6 synthesized through solid solution technique has been reported in this work. The structure, phase formation, different modes of vibration and functional groups of the material were investigated by utilizing X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman and Fourier transform infra-red (FTIR) technique. UV-Visible spectroscopic technique was incorporated for identification of bandgap and optical sensitivity of the material. Dielectric property of the material was investigated by monitoring the variation of dielectric parameters at different frequencies and temperatures. Impedance, modulus and conductivity spectroscopic techniques were incorporated for investigating the transport property. Magnetic property of the material at room temperature was studied by analyzing the variation of magnetic moment/mass with applied field.
