A computational platform to identify origins of replication sites in eukaryotes

Fu-Ying Dao et al.

Summary: In this study, a integrated predictor named iORI-Euk was developed to identify ORIs in multiple eukaryotes and cell types. Results showed that support vector machine yielded the best performance in 5-fold cross-validation and independent dataset tests. This predictor could provide a valuable tool for novel ORI identification.
