A novel group of phenoxy-substituted enediyne-triazole conjugates were synthesized using Click chemistry in aqueous media. It was observed that the enediynes remained stable in both aqueous medium and open-air conditions.
Novel group of phenoxy-substituted enediyne-triazole conjugates were synthesized by Huisgen [3+2] cycloaddition reaction (Click chemistry) in aqueous media. It was observed that enediynes were stable in aqueous medium and open-air conditions.
