Diagnostic techniques for the inverse Gaussian regression model

Summary: In the Inverse Gaussian Regression, the variance of the commonly used Maximum Likelihood estimator significantly increases in the presence of multicollinearity. To address this issue, we propose the generalization of Liu estimator and evaluate its performance using Monte Carlo Simulation and a real-life application, demonstrating its superiority over the Maximum Likelihood estimator under certain conditions.
