We investigated the fluorescence polarization properties of tetragonal crystal system MOFTCS superset of RhB (metal-organic framework, MOF) and hexagonal crystal system MOFHCS superset of RhB, where the RhB molecules were loaded into the crystals via the activated adsorption or in-situ method. Both MOFs used terephthalic acid and triethyl diamine as the organic ligands, and Zn2+ as the metal ion, but were synthesized at different temperatures. In the activated adsorption method, the isomerical MOF crystals were prepared via the solvothermal reaction, then the RhB molecules were loaded via the activated adsorption reaction. In the in-situ method, the RhB molecules were loaded simultaneously during the synthesis of MOF. Excrement results show that the polarization rates of MOFTCS superset of RhBs are larger than those of MOFHCS superset of RhBs. Also, the polarization rate of the in-situ synthesized MOF superset of RhB was larer than that of MOF superset of RhB prepared by the activated absorption method. In our results, the insitu synthesized MOFTCS superset of RhB showed a maximum polarization rate of 4.79.
