In this work, an ultrasensitive on-off-on photoelectrochemical (PEC) aptasensor was proposed based on the signal amplification of a fullerene/CdTe quantum dot (nano-C-60/CdTe QDs) sensitized structure and efficient signal quenching of nano-C-60/CdTe QDs by a manganese porphyrin (MnPP).
