Exosomes derived from lipopolysaccharide-preconditioned human dental pulp stem cells regulate Schwann cell migration and differentiation

Summary: This study found that exosomes from human dental pulp stem cells can promote the proliferation, migration, and odontogenic differentiation of Schwann cells. Exosomes pre-treated with LPS showed better capability in regulating Schwann cells migration and odontogenic differentiation compared to untreated exosomes.
