Six new ent-abietane-type diterpenoids from the stem bark of Euphorbia neriifolia

Nine ent-abietane diterpenoids (1-9), including six new compounds, eupnerias A-F (1-6), were isolated from Euphorbia neriifolia. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive NMR analysis and high resolution mass spectrometry. Biological activities of these isolates towards anti-inflammatory and anti-influenza virus were evaluated.
