A comparative analysis of the thermal stability of the steel/vanadium alloy hybrid material and its components (steel type AISI 439 and V-10Ti-5Cr alloy) obtained by high-pressure torsion (HPT) at 20 and 400 degrees C was carried out. It has been established that the steel/vanadium alloy hybrid obtained by HPT at 20 degrees C has a higher thermal stability up to a temperature of 700 degrees C compared to the hybrid obtained by HPT at 400 degrees C and with hybrid components (steel and vanadium alloy) after HPT at 20 and 400 degrees C, the thermal stability of which does not exceed 400-450 degrees C.
