Herein, green luminescence poly-vinylidene fluoride (PVDF) encapsulated CsPbBr3 nanocrystals (CsPbBr3 @ PVDF) with full width at half maximum (FWHM) of 20 nm were successfully prepared through one-pot electrospray process. The as prepared perovskite spheres showed outstanding stability in water, and displayed low cytotoxicity, which were applied for cell membrane imaging.
